DESCRIPTION:HEREWINI SCHOLARSHIP \nNominations Close on 27th June \nNZMH-Herewini-MSA-Scholarship-2024 \nThe Herewini whanau in partnership with the Te Tohu Taakaro o Aotearoa Charitable Trust offers a grant of (amount to be confirmed at the awards presentation) and the Herewini whanau taonga/trophy to an outstanding Junior male and female hockey player of Māori descent at the NZ Māori Hockey National Hockey Tournament. \nCRITERIA\nApplicants must be aged 17 and under 21 and achieve outstanding results at club\, regional\, national or international levels. NZ Māori Hockey Kaunihera will make the final selection. \nPROCESS \n\nApplication is open to all players of Māori descent and members of NZ Māori Hockey.\nThe closing date for receiving applications is the last Friday in September. No late applications will be accepted.\nAll applicants will be notified of the successful applicant.\nThe successful applicant must attend the National Māori Sports Awards event (TBA).
