NZ Māori Hockey is heartbroken by the unexpected passing of one of Aotearoa’s most accomplished paddlers, Kiwi Campbell. We extend our heartfelt condolences to her family, friends, and all who were touched by her remarkable spirit and talent.

Campbell achieved the sport’s highest achievements as a competitor and coach, and she recently became a board member of Waka Ama Aotearoa New Zealand.
In 2020, she was inducted into Waka Ama New Zealand’s virtual Hall of Fame Te Tohu Whakarewa Tāngata in recognition of her outstanding contribution to the sport.
